PeakPass is currently in Android testing. iOS testing is coming soon. Guide access is available by request.

4. Reporting a technical issue
When reporting a technical issue, please include as much practical detail as possible:
- device model;
- operating system version;
- app version if known;
- short description of the issue;
- screenshots if possible;
- steps to reproduce the issue.
This helps us understand the problem and check whether it is related to a specific device, app version or workflow.

PeakPass helps organize and record hiking participation, but it is not an emergency service. It does not replace guide judgment, weather assessment, route planning, personal preparation or personal responsibility during outdoor activities.
